CBI enrollment includes three complete courses — Barre Level 1 (14 chapters of technique, anatomy, and class design), Barre Essentials, and Barre Slim (9 demo videos, four class formats, and a complete 8-week client challenge program). It also includes a written exam (60 questions drawn from a 300-question bank, 70% threshold, no two exams identical) and live practical evaluation, a public verification registry, 2 years of Active status, CECs from 7 major providers including ACE, NASM, and AFAA, career guides, and ongoing live webinars. At $599, CBI is priced in line with recognized fitness certifications like ACE ($599–$979) and NASM ($899) — and delivers substantially more implementable, client-ready content than most barre-specific offerings.

If you know you want the full credential, Principal ($1,297) saves you approximately $200 compared to the CBI-then-upgrade path ($599 + $897 = $1,496) and includes 3 years of Active status instead of 2. Both paths include the same three CBI courses, Barre Slim, and all exam components. CBI and the CBI portion of Principal include a 14-day satisfaction window, available until you complete more than 25% of the curriculum or 14 days pass, whichever comes first. Specialty modules and the Board Review are non-refundable once accessed.
